KC has a unique combination of skillsets that range from management, design, web and production, providing a strong foundation of knowledge in the creative process.  It is this background that made KC ideal to currently lead the Ideation Department as the Sr. Creative Director.

KC began his career at the age of 18 working for a non-profit public health program that benefited the underserved communities in California.  Here he quickly joined the management team as Program Coordinator and was involved in the leadership that took his center to be the leading center throughout the entire state of California.

KC graduated with honors and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with an emphasis in Advertising from San Diego State University. Under the Professional Studies and Fine Arts Department, KC was actively involved in Lamda Pi Eta, a communications honor society, through which he volunteered in community based projects such as the Alzheimer’s Association’s “Memories in the Making”.

KC’s career at RSCG began within the Design Department as a Graphic Designer.  Bringing his experience developed from his own design business, he was able to quickly step up his responsibilities and broaden his talents and skills first into design, then web, and finally in production.  KC was fundamental in developing the Production Department that created award winning TV and web campaigns.  Here he was instrumental in creative concepting and idea development for most of the campaigns at RSCG.

Currently KC leads the Ideation team, contributing his knowledge and skills to develop meaningful creative campaigns that impact the target market and compliment and enhance the desired social change.
