CAREERS
In it together, own it, drive for impact: these are the three core competencies that define the work we do at Rescue and how we build our culture. Join us, and let’s create some good.
READY TO MAKE A CHANGE?At Rescue, our mission is to make healthy behaviors easier and more appealing. Everything we do is focused on creating positive social change in our communities. As a proud B corp, our mission is written into our company bylaws and our passion for and dedication to social good is embedded in our culture. We take our work seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Read on for a peek into our world.
There's no such thing as a typical day at Rescue, and that's how we like it! Each one of our Change Agents brings their unique perspective to the table while working toward the same shared values. We strive to maintain a culture where everyone feels that they not only belong but thrive. And at the end of every not-so-typical day, we all know that we spent it making the world a little bit better. We work together, we celebrate together, and we change behaviors together.
We welcome all levels of experience to Rescue and regularly hire college and graduate students for three to six month internships where they gain hands-on experience with our Research, Creative, Social Media, Marketing, Strategy, and Client Service teams. Some interns join us for a semester and others have stayed permanently to establish a career at Rescue. Creative and curious students interested in marketing, communications, psychology, sociology, or public health are encouraged to apply through our careers listings.
